Junior HubSpot Solutions Consultant

Aptitude 8

• Support automations, data models, and new processes within the HubSpot platform while contributing to custom developments and integrations for external clients. • Work on scalable, tailored solutions that address client business needs. • Identify areas of continuous improvement via optimizations and iterations to existing client portals. • Confidently and accurately solve complex problems using HubSpot-centered solutions. • Create diagrams and process maps using tools like Lucidchart to illustrate solutions clearly. • Act as a point of contact for clients; proactively identify, prioritize, and communicate client engagement needs. • Strategically identify opportunities for HubSpot solutions that align with client goals and objectives. • Participate in sprint cadences, plan work accordingly, and attend weekly sprint meetings with clients. • Present technical concepts as actionable business use cases, ensuring clarity and alignment with client goals. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients, ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations. • Train clients on deliverables and platform processes; train the trainer sessions. • Work closely with Delivery Leads, Senior Consultants, and technical resources to execute tasks and ensure seamless execution. • Work with other consultants and internal teams to conduct quality assurance (QA) on deliverables. • Perform backlog grooming and task prioritization for new and existing Managed Services clients. • Support existing HubSpot features, including API integrations and webhooks while maintaining data integrity and governance. • Execute small-batch data migrations, property setups, and third-party app integrations to ensure seamless transitions for clients. • Stay updated on HubSpot beta features and other technological advancements to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in at least one business area, ideally Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • HubSpot User: Strong technical grasp of at least 1 HubSpot Hub (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops, or Content/CMS)
  • Basic understanding of systems architecture and familiarity with APIs / webhooks.
  • Ability to navigate budget constraints and lead clients toward the right solutions within a defined monthly budget.
  • Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Skilled at quickly building rapport while navigating vague client requests.
  • Comfortable building and managing client relationships while identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Bonus Points if you: 1+ year of experience managing external clients or accounts.
