• Copywriting for brand, product, the website, landing/sales pages and more • Develop FB/Tik Tok/Instagram and SEM ad copy + follow up sequences • Optimize copy within the customer journey making the message clear, on-brand and high-converting • Write copy for email & text messaging mkg campaigns • Develop and use metrics to increase conversions, reduce bounce rates, cross-sell/upsell and more • Work with design, media production, social and digital to collaborate and launch effective campaigns

• Create and build company brand aesthetic on Instagram • Schedule and monitor content calendar • Creation of content - capture photos and videos for posts • Utilize Photoshop, Canva, and other web design tools to produce graphics • Work closely with marketing team to build Instagram promotions • Implement active engagement strategy across channels • Monitor and produce competitor analysis • Research and collaborate with PR intern to plan influencer promotions • Build and update HiWave's LinkedIn profile • Stay abreast of company updates to promote on channels

• Share product within your organizations • Promote custom sticker orders • Increase brand awareness across campuses • Become a known networking tool within college communities • Introduce product beyond just your school but future career and networking opportunities • Work hands on with marketing team to build promotions • Take content of your networks using the stickers to be published on our social channels • Reach out to local businesses about partnering with HiWave ( a plus if you already have affiliations with campus restraints and bars) • Potentially host in person events • Network with ambassadors from other schools

• Work closely with Operations Manager to structure brand ambassador program. • Generate ideas and creative for challenges and tasks for brand ambassadors to perform. • Communicate and conduct meetings with brand ambassadors. • Generate promotional content for social channels and distribution. • Organize and track completion of projects, information, contact lists, data and orders. • Research ambassador programs success's and structural programs. • Research schools and scout potential campus leaders to join our team. • Understand companies marketing approach and product management. • Gain real world experience working as a leader and mentor for students and co-workers.

• Conception, planning and implementation of marketing measures with a focus on user acquisition is your business • Management of online marketing campaigns (digital advertising, SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, Text Message marketing, Retargeting and other online advertising channels) • Assist in the development of our marketing automation strategy leveraging InfusionSoft • In addition to user acquisition, this role will also focus on user monetization initiatives and advertising operations • Responsible for additional marketing tasks and independently work on campaign optimization • Support the development and implementation of affiliate marketing efforts • Assist in the preparation of metrics analysis reporting

• Promoting products and services through public relations initiatives • Building media lists for podcasts, blogs, print and online publications • Researching relevant contacts and conducting outreach to build relationships with media • Developing story ideas for various industry verticals • Researching media coverage and industry trends • Pitching partnerships, speaking engagements and more • Conceptualizing new campaign and marketing strategies
