Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Women's Health
Seven Starling
• Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model • Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist • This is a 1099 contract, expected to average up to 5-10 hours a week • Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length • Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Active Board Certified AR (Arkansas) PMHNP license in good standing
- Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets
- (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin) | (Alabama, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oregon, Washington)
- RN Compact licensure preferred
- No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances)
- Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
- 6+ months working in telehealth
- Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period
- Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently

Prescribing Physician Psychiatrist – Virtual High Acuity Care
