The Senior Associate reports to the Senior Director, Global Advocacy and provides support to both the Global Advocacy and Global Communications teams. The role focuses on strengthening coordination across advocacy and communications efforts and supporting FP2030’s engagement with partners across the global family planning ecosystem. The Senior Associate contributes to the planning and delivery of global meetings, events, publications, and webinars, working closely with regional hubs and global partners to support coordinated engagement and consistent messaging across the FP2030 Support Network. The position also supports FP2030’s engagement with Non-Governmental Actor commitment makers and helps manage partnerships across civil society, philanthropy, academia, and the private sector. (Hybrid Schedule) Essential Functions Administrative Support to the Global Advocacy and Communications Teams - Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics for the Global Advocacy and Communications teams, including coordinating agendas, documentation, and follow up on action items - Support the development and tracking of team workplans and assist with monitoring portfolio budgets.
