Role Description We are looking for a new English-speaking colleague to join our multi-national team. You will have the opportunity to: - Help our clients tell their newsworthy stories to the Finnish audience and media. - Work with both innovative Finnish companies and multicultural global companies. - Write content that dives deep into current hot topics, our clients’ industries, and tech applications. - Lead client teams and work with colleagues in a supportive role. - Engage with clients to create effective PR and communications strategies. - Develop and maintain relationships with journalists and media. - Work together with the whole team to attract the best clients and talent. - Collaborate with our team of 10+ international PR and communications professionals. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in PR and communications. - Experience with a variety of public relations and communications tasks. - Flawless content production in English. - Great organizational skills and ability to lead client accounts. - Proven track record in sales (if background is in an agency). - Open and honest communication with team members and clients. Requirements - Creative in solving clients' communications issues. - Ability to balance multiple client cases simultaneously. - Good written and oral skills in other languages (nice to have). - Know-how in AI tools and their implementation in workflow (nice to have). The contract term is from May 2026 until February 12th, 2027. - Help our clients tell their newsworthy stories to the English-speaking audience and media. - Work with both innovative Finnish companies and multicultural global companies that want us to execute their PR on the highest level of expertise. - Write content that dives deep into current hot topics, our clients’ industries, and tech applications, often explaining complex concepts in a simple and clear way. - Work with your colleagues in a supportive role. - Engage with clients to create effective PR and communications strategies. - Develop and maintain relationships with journalists and media. - Work together with the whole team to attract the best clients and talent. - Work with our team of 10+ international PR and communications professionals. Qualifications - Produce flawless content in English for our clients and check the work of others. - Experience with a variety of public relations and communications tasks. - 1 to 4 years of experience in PR and communications. - Open and honest with team members and clients, and enjoy working as part of a team. - Great organizational skills and able to balance multiple client cases simultaneously. - Enthusiastic about helping us gain new clients by attending trade events. Requirements - Good written and oral skills in Norwegian is considered a major plus. - Know-how in AI tools and implementing them in your workflow without compromising quality.
