Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: - Develops, and implements new systems and processes to support SCM business requirements. - Leads or participates in the implementation of ERP / decision support systems and solutions. - Designs and documents specifications for new systems, system enhancements or interfaces. Works with IT todevelop and implement programs. - Provides system, process, and training support for new acquisitions in areas of database development.. - Maintains processes that ensure the accuracy of ERP systems. - Conducts training on processes and procedures that affect data integrity. - Reviews, recommends and implements enhancements / new systems required by business. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Job Responsibilities - The Data Analyst is responsible for accelerating the development of analytics using Excel, Power BI & other platforms. - This role will bring together data from different sources to provide metrics and insights that enable visibility andimprovements to Supply Chain Operations - Work collaboratively with business partners at varying levels to identify, design and deliver reporting & analyticssolutions - Provides analysis, tracking of data and ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights within thebusiness - Uses data to highlight key trends and collaborate with businesses to identify causes, costs and potentialinterventions/solutions - Lead multiple project activities simultaneously where prioritization skills are critical - Engaged in the team’s Lean Business Process objectives to provide continuous improvement Physical Demands Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment. • Support the data needs of the Product Development & Manufacturing Solutions Organization • Participate in or lead design reviews • Develop ETL processes and data processing workflows • Build data quality tracking mechanisms • Review code for best practices • Establish best engineering practices through design/code reviews

• Design and maintain scalable data architecture, ensuring high data integrity, performance, and security. • Develop logical and physical data models, metadata, and data flow diagrams. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and master data management. • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT jobs to extract data from multiple sources (Salesforce, APIs, databases, flat files, etc.) into data warehouses or analytics platforms. • Optimize ETL processes for performance, reliability, and scalability. • Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and ensure timely data delivery for reporting and analytics. • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned database models for our enterprise data warehouse(s). • Manage database schema changes and maintain documentation of data systems. • Support data migration, transformation, and integration activities across systems. • Architect and manage Salesforce data models, relationships, and API integrations. • Build and maintain pipelines to synchronize Salesforce data with other enterprise systems and data warehouses. • Ensure compliance with Salesforce data security and access controls.

• Own and maintain GCP-based data infrastructure including Cloud Composer, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage • Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and ensure reliable, timely data delivery across the marketing technology stack • Build and maintain API integrations between marketing platforms • Provide architectural guidance and hands-on implementation support for data engineering projects within the Marketing Analytics team • Evaluate existing pipelines and integrations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and reduce technical debt • Support the development and automation of marketing data pipelines and reporting infrastructure • Research and recommend solutions for complex data flow and ETL/ELT challenges
