Implementation Manager

Syndio

• Facilitate and lead the implementation of Syndio’s software to ensure it is a perfect fit for each customer-facing team and the customer. • Lead efficient and effective product training tailored to each customer to maximize each team's success with Syndio’s software. • Identify and triage key project/implementation risks and work with internal teams to mitigate and resolve them. • Influence and create the playbooks for systems and processes to scale future team members and customers; assist in the management of systems and processes. • Understand the customer’s org structure and the appropriate stakeholders that are critical to the onboarding, and make sure their unique needs are always being met. • Define metrics and KPIs that showcase onboarding and adoption success. • Ensure our users and customers are successful within their first 45, 90, 120 days of Syndio including responsibility for adoption and satisfaction metrics. • The IM will be passionate about Syndio’s technology solutions with a focus on technical proficiency related to product functionality and implementation. • Build cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to create a unified customer experience and represent the customers’ voice and insights.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at €58,000 - €69,000 / £50,664-£60,273 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

Role Description SHAZAM is looking for a Core Implementation Specialist to join our KinetiCore implementations team. In this role, you will provide quality installation and training for the KinetiCore core and ancillary systems while building a strong foundation for a lasting business relationship. This role will work within all phases of the conversation process of an assigned area and assist in training others. What you'll do: - Responsible for the validation of data, workflow, procedures, and processes within the loan area(s) which may include our other applications. - Works independently with clients during the onboarding process to resolve any issues and engage other team members as needed. - Works with banking product providers including but not limited to bill pay, imaging, and core processing. - Travels to customer site for implementation if requested. Qualifications - Minimum of five years' experience in banking operations is required, loan operations preferred. - Knowledge and work experience with secondary loan servicing (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHLB, USDA, etc.) is a plus. - Experience with Microsoft Office applications, ticket tracking system, and customer service. - Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support a customer go live. - Organization and time management skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Insurable driving record and proof of personal liability auto insurance coverage of at least $300,000.
