• Design and engineer new interior aluminum partitions and facade glazing systems with integrated thermal break solutions. • Develop custom aluminum profiles, ensuring they meet structural requirements and extrusion feasibility. • Design the integration of fittings and hardware, specifying exact attachment methods, milling, and cutting requirements. • Create high-precision 3D models of components and complex assemblies in SolidWorks (or Kompas-3D). • Prepare technical documentation for production launch, including tolerance calculations, assembly diagrams, and cutting lists. • Bridge the gap between design and manufacturing by calculating precise tolerances and fitments.

• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced engineering environment. • Support the design, analysis, testing, and development of mechanical systems and components. • Assist with CAD-based design. • Perform engineering analyses such as stress and thermal calculations. • Support prototype fabrication and assembly. • Participate in testing and evaluation of new and existing designs. • Exposure to the full mechanical development lifecycle.

• Work collaboratively with hardware and software engineering to develop and deploy and maintain traffic sensor systems and technologies. • Help automate and streamline operations and processes. • Maintain strong industry knowledge based on traffic system technologies and industry standards. • Ability to work with various hardware and firmware from 3rd party traffic control systems. • Be able to develop firmware to manage and translate messaging systems to and from various controllers and systems. • Provide improvement suggestions regarding the security, usability, performance, maintainability, and scalability of the existing environment. • Build platform tools and dashboards. • Work closely with developers to solve systems problems. • Collaborate with security team to deliver world class software solutions.

• Deliver everything from simple qual screeners to end-to-end survey architecture for high-stakes projects, including conjoints, custom styling overhauls, and complex logic builds. • Build survey automation capabilities, leveraging system- thinking and Gen-AI (e.g., question generation, logic and QA testing, AI-enabled translations, and Open End Coding). • Utilize AppScript, Zapier, and Python to bridge survey data with internal systems and dashboards (Quickbase, Sheets) to automate the sales-to-delivery pipeline. • Manage a diverse portfolio of ~15-20+ projects per month, juggling competing priorities, ensuring zero-error execution within a high-engagement, EST-aligned operational window. • Lead interdepartmental initiatives (e.g., integrating survey data with other systems, driving action-oriented feedback loops, to improve organizational visibility and improve quality) • Act as a technical thought partner to our Strategic Insights and Client Delivery teams-as well as directly with external clients-to navigate complex research designs, providing "on-the-fly" project management and feasibility consulting for high-stakes partnerships.
