• Identify high-impact automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing and Customer Ops, recommending solutions based on feasibility, availability, security, cost, and business impact. • Identify and implement use cases that enhance sales rep productivity, generate qualified pipeline and accelerate growth. • Design and implement end-to-end workflows so the right insight or action happens at the right moment, without manual intervention. • Build, and maintain GTM automations and workflows, including AI-powered workflows and decisioning, to reduce manual effort and improve reliability within systems including SFDC, Churn Zero, ZoomInfo Copilot, Outreach, Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Auto-Dialer, and MEDDPICC forecasting software. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Rev Ops to support lead and account scoring, attribution, segmentation infrastructure, and lifecycle management. • Support account-based GTM strategies through account hierarchies, enrichment, scoring, and targeting logic. • Drive adoption and effective usage of owned GTM tools through enablement, documentation, and stakeholder partnership.

• Architect and orchestrate complex full-stack applications using AI agents as your primary development paradigm • Design specifications that translate business requirements into executable systems through agentic workflows • Build production systems that handle real-time data processing, ML automation, and intelligent user interactions • Ship at startup velocity : we resolve dozens of issues and features daily, not weekly • Own the technical vision for how we leverage AI to out-build competitors 10x our size • Maintain code quality through rigorous testing, version control discipline, and continuous refactoring • Collaborate intensively with founders on product direction, technical decisions, and architectural evolution

• Invent and build novel CV models and algorithms from scratch • Own end-to-end data infrastructure: design and operate labeling pipelines • Own the model-to-device pipeline: optimize models for Caper’s edge hardware • Partner with AI Infrastructure and Instacart’s ML platform teams • Translate business goals into system requirements • Define technical strategy and roadmap for CV/AI; serve as the primary technical voice • Establish engineering standards for model development and deployment
