Job Description

Founding Revenue Operations Manager – AI & GTM Systems

EQL Tech (sales & engineering talent)

• Automation & Systems Engineering: Own all automations built in n8n and related tooling. You will build new automations that remove manual work across sales, onboarding, finance, and reporting. • CRM Architecture: Take total ownership of the HubSpot CRM architecture, data model, and lifecycle logic. • Data Hygiene: Maintain strict data accuracy across HubSpot, Stripe, and internal tools to ensure clean handoffs between marketing, sales, success, and finance. • GTM & Outbound Enablement: Build AI-driven pipeline generation systems, including enrichment, sequencing, and routing to surface high-intent accounts and renewal risks. • Tech Stack Mastery: Act as the internal owner of systems decisions, reducing tool sprawl while increasing leverage per system.

Job Requirements

  • The Career Sweet Spot: You have 3 to 10 years of total experience. You are seasoned enough to own the architecture, but recent enough to still build the workflows yourself.
  • The Sales Empathy: You have at least 1 year of experience in a front-line B2B sales role (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, AE). You know what it takes to carry a quota, which means you build automations that actually help reps close deals.
  • The AI Power User: You are highly proficient in n8n (or advanced Make/Python logic) and comfortable integrating LLMs and APIs to build stateful, agentic workflows.
  • The CRM Architect: You have deep, hands-on experience designing custom objects, complex lead routing, and reporting dashboards in HubSpot.
  • The Startup DNA: You have a high ownership mindset, a bias toward action, and a history of scaling systems in fast-growing startups (Seed to Series B).
  • Who We Are NOT Looking For At This Stage: The "Enterprise Cog": If you have 15+ years of experience managing large teams at massive corporations where the processes were already built for you, this role will be too scrappy.
  • The "No-Code Tourist": If your automation experience is limited to basic, linear Zapier triggers without programmatic logic, APIs, or AI integration, this stack will be too complex.
  • The "Pure IT Admin": If you have never worked closely with GTM teams or spoken to a prospect, you will lack the commercial empathy required to align our systems with revenue goals.

Benefits

  • Real Impact: Shape the core processes and GTM engine as a founding team member.
  • Incredible Growth: Join a rocket ship that 10x'ed its revenue last year purely on product-market fit.
  • Flexibility: A fully remote, highly autonomous culture that values output over hours.
