• Structure and maintain the project management methodologies, standards, and processes of the Project Management Office (PMO). • Manage and monitor the project portfolio for the services directorate. • Define governance, monitoring, and reporting models for projects. • Consolidate and present executive reports and project performance indicators. • Support prioritization of strategic initiatives and resource allocation. • Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and performance. • Ensure standardization of project documentation, schedules, and project controls. • Support project leaders and managers in driving initiatives. • Promote continuous improvement of project management practices. • Support audits, governance controls, and quality initiatives related to projects. • Act as an interface between the directorate, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Valid PMO certification required.
  • Solid experience in project management and working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Governance and project portfolio management

  • Risk management, metrics, and executive reporting
  • Strategic mindset, organizational skills, leadership, executive communication, analytical ability, and results orientation.

The Project Manager continually collaborates with owners, superintendents, area managers, engineers and subcontractors to define project needs, create estimates, budgets, manage equipment logistics, addresses any issues that may affect project parameters, and ensures contractual specifications are met.
