Vice President, Solution Engineering

• Define and execute a high-impact technical strategy for our North American organization that aligns with our vision of seamless, "Liquid Software" delivery. • Scale a high-impact pre-sales engine that excels at articulating complex value propositions, executing flawless technical validations, and accelerating the customer journey from initial discovery to production-ready adoption. • Coach and empower Solution Engineering managers to become visionary leaders who drive their teams toward successful execution of company OKRs. • Inspire and manage a diverse team of solution experts, engineers, and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence. • Deepen partnerships with Sales leadership to build aggressive GTM strategies that win the market and accelerate the adoption of JFrog solutions. • Work directly with our community and Fortune 100 customers to ensure their success, while feeding critical insights back to our Product and R&D teams. • Navigate a fast-paced environment with agility, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and provide clear performance forecasts to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • At least 7 years in senior leadership positions, with a proven track record of managing high-performing pre-sales organizations.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally within organizations generating $100M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • 10+ years in senior customer-facing management roles, backed by a strong understanding of Enterprise sales methodologies and SaaS business models.
  • A solid foundation in DevSecOps, agile development, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, with specific domain expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Demonstrated capability in organizational planning and execution, with the ability to lead complex change management in a growing enterprise.
  • Advantageous experience in the technical sales of hybrid solutions (On-prem & SaaS) to meet customers wherever they are in their journey.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably with a major in Computer Science or Engineering.
