Communications Assistant
SINIBREF-INTER
• Organize digital files, institutional folders, and internal controls. • Update spreadsheets, editorial calendars, and request logs. • Support opening and updating records in the CRM according to guidelines. • Adapt existing institutional content for different formats. • Draft basic institutional emails using approved templates. • Prepare invitations, operational communications, and administrative materials for events and General Assemblies. • Support social media scheduling. • Perform basic proofreading and basic text standardization. • Assist in organizing distribution lists and operational segmentations. • Assist in preparing and sending post-event materials. • Organize image libraries and institutional visual assets. • Support recording of meetings and department activities. • Assist with events in the headquarters studio.
Job Requirements
- Higher education in progress or completed in Communication, Marketing, Languages/Literature, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good writing skills and basic command of Portuguese.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow institutional standards and workflows.
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).
- Proactive and engaged.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of managing institutional/corporate social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection.
