Solar Coca-Cola
• Monitor billing requests for the issuance of invoices for Solar units; • Process billing and issue invoices through service tickets; • Respond to requests submitted via tickets and forward them to the relevant Solar departments.
Job Requirements
- Completed high school;
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Experience with administrative routines;
- Reside in Fortaleza or the surrounding region.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of the SAP system.

Job Description Responsibilities include the following: special notifications, taking and transcribing committee meeting minutes; assembling, copying and distributing committee packets; creates and monitors policy changes; maintaining spreadsheets for statistical analysis, input data and providing general clerical support for the Director of Radiology. Performs other administrative assistant duties as assigned. SHIFT & SCHEDULE: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS - Responsible for taking and transcribing committee meeting minutes; assembling, copying and distributing committee packets. Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information. - Maintain, create, and analyze statistical graphs of modality utilization. - Demonstrates proficient working knowledge of computer software programs databases, data analysis systems, microcomputer spreadsheet and graphics software, web-based programs/navigation. Able to use (or willing to learn) computer software applications; such as MS Office programs/Outlook, Policy Tech, Cater Trax, and Radiology Information and PAC Systems. - Able to critically think to independently solve various problems or understand when guidance is needed. - Able to work remotely with minimal supervision; completing tasks on time. - Contributes to the organization and efficiency of the department; able to float to other areas, as needed. - Clearly collaborates and communicates in verbal and written forms with Director about projects. - Works and clears off Special Notification/ER Discrepancy list; understanding urgency in communication abnormal findings to the medical providers. - Obtains and maintains information about each imaging modality. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. College work is preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs - Medical Terminologist PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
