Role Description As a Sales Representative for Germany, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the DACH region. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and discovery calls to product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation. - Become an expert in our software solutions. - Build strong relationships with prospects. - Understand operational challenges and show how MCS can transform rental businesses. - Work closely with Marketing, Implementation, Product, and Support teams. - Generate new business and manage a rich sales pipeline. - Nurture long-term customer relationships and identify new opportunities. - Represent our brand across Germany, earning trust and delivering value. Qualifications - Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English skills. - At least 2 years’ experience in B2B software sales, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or vertical industry software. - Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, managing full sales cycles, and closing deals. - Understanding of general business processes—purchasing, stock management, sales, invoicing—or familiarity with operational workflows in rental or asset management businesses. - Ability to visualize the full scope of a sales opportunity and navigate complex decision-making environments. - Data-driven, comfortable managing sales pipelines and analyzing activity metrics. - Confident in delivering product demonstrations, both online and in person. - Willing to travel across Germany for client meetings, events, and exhibitions (typically several trips per month). - Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Requirements - Experience selling into the rental or equipment hire industry (nice to have). - Experience working with remote or international teams (nice to have). - Understanding of software implementation processes (nice to have). Job Description Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the Central region, which includes Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. This role focuses on account development, territory planning, and partnering cross‑functionally to deliver sales objectives. While the Territory Sales Manager does not have direct reports, they act as a key influencer and collaborator, working closely with internal teams, channel partners, and customers to achieve business goals. This position reports to the Regional Sales Director (Central) and is based in the Twin Cities.
