• Lead and conduct daily coaching sessions, role-plays, instant feedback, and hands-on support to sharpen the team's closing skills and service knowledge. • Monitor real-time performance metrics to ensure all individual and team sales meet or exceed established KPIs. • Ensure response time to all leads in less than 60 seconds. • Review recurrent interactions with leads to provide immediate, actionable feedback. • Ensure 100% CRM accuracy and audit lead statuses, pipeline stages, and notes. • Enforce strict follow-up protocols to guarantee that no lead is left behind. • Identify points for improvement in the sales script, lead hand-off process, and overall strategy. • Involved in the hiring process, onboarding and training new team members. • Work closely with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality.
• Design and execute software development workflows that leverage AI agents for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and delivery. • Help build and improve the internal tools, automation layers, interfaces, and workflows that enable AI coding agents. • Build, test, deploy, and maintain internal tools, integrations, automations, and product features across back-end, front-end, and infrastructure layers. • Manage branches, pull requests, merges, reviews, and repository hygiene with strong discipline and ownership. • Work efficiently in terminal environments using CLI-based workflows, remote development setups, and AI-native developer tools. • Configure and manage SSH keys, access credentials, environment variables, remote systems, and development security best practices. • Troubleshoot issues across applications, APIs, databases, infrastructure, environments, and tooling layers. • Identify repetitive engineering and operational tasks, then design automations and developer tooling to reduce manual work and improve speed. • Work closely with operations, product, and leadership to translate business needs into reliable technical systems. • Stay current with AI coding tools, agentic development patterns, and modern software engineering workflows that can improve team performance.

• Maintain financial records for companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts. • Reconcile bank accounts by gathering and balancing information. • Provide financial status information by preparing special reports and completing special projects. • Correct errors by posting adjusting journal entries. • Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable and payable; adjusting entries for amortizations; analyzing and reconciling retained earnings; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals. • Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements. • Occasional extended business hours may be required when necessary. • Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional responses. • Handle client concerns with care and urgency, ensuring swift resolution of issues. • Lead clients through a seamless onboarding process, guiding them on how to use our online tools and keeping them informed every step of the way. • Facilitate and prepare proposals for both new and existing clients, manage renewals, and follow up on outstanding client requests or potential upsell opportunities. • Audit service processes to ensure adherence to best practices and drive improvements where gaps are identified. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
