Role Description As Sales Manager , you will be responsible for establishing and developing Adven’s Real Estate Energy Solutions business in Norway. You will act as Adven’s commercial front-line in the Norwegian market, owning the full sales cycle — from market development and lead generation to solution development, negotiation, and signing long-term energy service agreements. This is not transactional sales; this is infrastructure-level, utility-style solution selling.
