Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of IT work experience
  • Experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 or higher software applications
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting IT issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle different product service calls
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's with 7 years experience or 10 years experience in lieu of education requirement.

Role Description We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to support our remote workforce and help keep Form Health’s internal systems running smoothly as we grow. This person will serve as a frontline IT resource for employees, own and triage Form’s IT Help Desk queue, and contribute to systems and process improvements that strengthen security, compliance, and the overall employee experience.
