The Medicare Supervisor leads the Eligibility Specialist team with a primary focus on achieving the SSDI consent rate goal, a critical driver of overall enrollments and revenue. This role is responsible for driving performance, holding teammates accountable to individual and departmental objectives, and ensuring the effective training and ongoing development of both new and existing staff.
