• Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Rithum network, its solutions, and user needs • Maintaining and updating existing user-facing content, including user guides, test plans, and online help • Utilizing existing templates and tool kits to develop high-quality user-facing communications for program adoption or operational reminders • Adhering to existing processes and procedure to ensure proper source control and systematic reporting • Developing high-quality user-facing content, including customized setup guides, online help, product update bulletins, and email communications • Developing high-quality content, including business process documentation, templates, and forms • Editing content developed by fellow technical writers and other Rithum teams, as needed • Collaborating with technical teams and project leaders to identify content needs and move content through the review and approval process • Maintaining and examining existing standards for client-facing and internal content • Participating in the implementation of new technologies to improve content development, management, and delivery

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years’ technical writing or related experience (writing samples will be required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and Adobe tools (including Acrobat and InDesign)
  • Design tools (such as Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Collaboration and project/issue management tools (such as Jira)
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Experience using Notion
  • Experience using help authoring solutions (such as Salesforce).
  • Experience using software that surfaces operational content to users via in-app and email messages (such as Pendo Orchestrate).
  • Experience using screen capture software
  • An understanding of software development (SDLC)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

The Technical Excellence Specialist supports the sales organization by acting as the technical expert for the promotion of our brand, value-added services, and product portfolio in the Benelux market. The scope of this role is Dutch speaking part of Belgium and Netherlands, with Dutch clients interactions with our clients leading the Dairy Market. How You’ll Make an Impact: - Field Support – Troubleshoot customer sanitation and related issues, including food product quality and microbial safety concerns. The role requires significant travel (approximately 60%) to deliver on-site technical support and consultation to both employees and customers. - Application Support – Support local Sales/Service Representatives, Contract Managers, and Corporate Account Managers by providing specialised application support for products and programmes.
