As our CRM Manager (HubSpot), you will own and evolve the entire HubSpot ecosystem across ShareGate and Workleap. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will drive system architecture, data governance, and the reliability of our revenue tech stack while operationalizing scalable processes. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Systems, you will act as the HubSpot authority—making key decisions, leading projects, and ensuring our CRM enables a fast-moving, AI-driven revenue organization. You will mentor two junior CRM administrators, set quality standards, and ensure strong execution while remaining deeply involved in the technical build. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Revenue Operations or Systems who is ready to take full ownership of a critical system while leading impactful projects. Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the HubSpot ecosystem across multiple product lines and portals; - Ensure CRM reliability, performance, and integrations across the revenue tech stack; - Design and enforce data governance, validation logic, and system standards; - Lead CRM-related projects end-to-end with strong ownership; - Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions; - Mentor and support two junior CRM administrators; - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps stakeholders; - Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements within the CRM environment; A typical week? - Owning and prioritizing incoming CRM requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps stakeholders; - Designing and implementing scalable solutions in HubSpot (workflows, lifecycle stages, automation logic); - Reviewing and strengthening data governance (field usage, lifecycle consistency, validation logic, permissions and access); - Leading CRM-related projects end-to-end (new processes, integrations, system improvements); - Partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system design; - Owning and reviewing the work of junior CRM admins to ensure quality and consistency; - Troubleshooting complex system issues and identifying root causes across tools and processes; - Evaluating and improving integrations between HubSpot and the broader revenue tech stack; - Exploring and implementing AI-enabled use cases within the CRM (automation, enrichment, insights); What does your future team look like?
