Reporting to the Associate Director of Data IT Product Management, the IT Project Manager (PM) role is primarily responsible for managing activities related to the development and implementation of BIPA project initiatives and other data team initiatives. Project initiatives can include, but are not limited to, reporting and analytics, data quality improvement and cross-functional data projects. The PM will lead project teams and work with business partners to help drive solutions needed to support the practice and strategic goals of Radiology Partners. The PM will also help lead the BIPA development team as a scrum master using an Agile and or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology. Position Title: Senior IT Project Manager Location: Remote - LATAM What you will be doing: - Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, following the SDLC process. - Manage multiple projects for the BIPA and data team in a fast-paced environment. - Occasionally manage projects for other teams under Data Services or cross-functional teams as directed by your supervisor. - Effectively plan, schedule, and drive projects internal to our Data Services development teams and with involvement of external business partners or IT customers. - Schedule, lead, and drive project backlog refinement meetings, sprint planning meetings, daily project standups, and retrospectives. - Primarily responsible for backlog maintenance and adding Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks as directed by the technical lead and development team. - Strong competencies in monitoring team capacity, risk mitigation, issue resolution, removing roadblocks impacting deliverables, and escalating problems to senior leaders in a timely manner. - Develop and manage project charters, resource plans, stakeholder registries, project plans, and project timelines with clearly defined deliverables and milestones. - Track and document daily progress and provide timely weekly status updates to teammates, stakeholders, and senior leaders. - Schedule meetings with clear agendas, document and send minutes, and follow up on all next steps discussed during meetings to ensure action items are completed. - Communicate clear project objectives to internal team members and business partners at project kickoff, or as needed throughout each project, to keep all involved parties aligned. - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Create a collaborative and safe team environment that promotes productivity through transparency and accountability. Requirements & Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: - Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of project management experience in an IT healthcare environment, provider side preferred. - Certified Scrum Master, CSM, and Project Management Professional, PMP, certifications preferred. - Experience with Azure DevOps preferred. - Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word required. - Experience with ServiceNow and SharePoint highly desirable. - Experience working on a reporting and analytics team, with background in data management, enterprise data warehousing, and data governance, is highly desirable. - Able to lead independently and take direction and feedback from others. - Strong time management skills, active listening, and decision making abilities. - Promotes collaboration and demonstrates high emotional intelligence. - Detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills to achieve successful project outcomes. • Coordinate end-to-end delivery for simpler IT projects: PC deployments, endpoint refreshes, peripheral installs, basic cabling, software rollouts, and small office moves. • Create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and resource assignments using the company’s project tools (CW Manage, Moovila). • Gather and document customer requirements, site info, and acceptance criteria; confirm readiness for deployment. • Prepare work orders, materials lists and equipment inventories; coordinate procurement and staging with operations/warehouse. • Dispatch and coordinate technicians/third-party vendors (Field Nation); monitor onsite progress and verify completed work against checklists. • Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams: status updates, change notifications, escalation of issues and risks. • Conduct pre-installation checks, basic technical validation, and post-installation acceptance testing; document outcomes in ticketing system (CW Manage). • Maintain accurate project documentation: runbooks, cabling diagrams, asset tagging records, photos and sign-offs. • Manage simple project financials: track time, expenses, and report on budget variances to the PM. • Apply standard change control and quality processes; escalate any scope creep, complex technical issues, compliance or safety concerns to a PM. • Participate in project handoffs to account managers or service delivery for ongoing support. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recurring issues and suggestions for playbook updates.

• Lead and manage end-to-end VCF projects, from initiation to closure. • Collaborate with AHEAD account teams and pre-sales specialists to evaluate client priorities and initiatives in order to formulate project plan and activity backlog. • Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management. • Develop, define, and execute project plans and/or agile boards. • Identify and validate resources needed to ensure project success; liaise with sub-contracting team if needed. • Coordinate activities and tasks among internal stakeholders including project team members, OA, Resource Management, Delivery Leadership, and more. • Manage project risks, issues, and overall progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved. • Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure all project requirements are met. • Help identify process gaps or areas for improvement. • Utilize tools such as SalesForce, SmartSheet, and Jira. • Develop customer relationships and aids in identifying additional sales opportunities.
