Account Executive – SMB
Flip
• Take full end-to-end ownership of your pipeline - from first outbound touch to closed won. • Craft tailored pitches and demos that clearly communicate Flip’s business impact. • Identify new opportunities, proactively engage decision-makers, and sharpen our positioning in the SMB segment. • Qualify leads effectively and guide them through a structured sales process. • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey. • Bring market insights back to the team and help refine our SMB go-to-market strategy. • Drive decisions forward - with a strong sense for timing, needs, and your buyer’s motives.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales - ideally focused on SMB or mid-market customers.
- You're a true hunter: you love identifying, engaging, and closing new customers independently.
- You have a solid understanding of business models, buyer personas, and decision-making patterns in smaller/mid-sized companies.
- You work in a structured, CRM-driven way and use tools (e.g. Gong, Hubspot, Salesloft) and playbooks effectively.
- You communicate clearly, respectfully, and on equal footing — whether with HR, IT, execs, or works councils.
- Fluent German (C1+) and good English skills.
- You're open to regular onsite presence — for team formats like QBRs or kickoffs, on-site calling days, or in-person customer meetings.
