Senior Creative Operations Manager
Rula
• Play a critical role within Rula’s Creative Studio, leading the vision and operational execution of all creative projects from intake to planning, execution and delivery. • Serve as the operational backbone of the Creative Studio. Leveraging industry best practices, you will own project workflows, resourcing, timelines and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality creative at scale. • Manage all incoming and outgoing creative work, oversee project assignments and resourcing, act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across marketing, product, growth and other teams. • Work upstream with cross functional partners on the planning of projects, setting priorities, identifying risks and continuously improving how the Creative Studio operates. • Discover new tools, industry best practices and new creative talent that will ensure that Rula brand creative is leveraging industry best practices. This role is ideal for a proactive operator who thrives at the intersection of creative, process and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a related role within an in-house creative team, agency, or fast-paced organization
- Expertise leading multiple creative projects simultaneously from intake through delivery
- Strong voice and thought leader in how best to tackle creative assignments, with a proven ability to translate business strategy into operational plans, ensuring work is aligned with company priorities in order to reach business goals
- Demonstrated proficiency to bring industry best practices and new talent into a creative organization – with a bias to action to seeking out solutions (e.g. evolving operating models, technology solutions) and resources that optimize creative and business outcomes
- Experience leading creative operations strategy for an in-house team or agency, including intake models, prioritization frameworks, and workflow design
- Mastery of creative project management tools and systems (e.g., Asana, Monday, Airtable, Jira, or similar)

The RoleThe Central Operations Manager is responsible for the performance and operations of firsthand’s centralized outreach and engagement teams, guiding and leading our virtual peer support infrastructure. This leader oversees two separate teams: our Outreach team and our STRIVE team – ensuring consistent, scalable, and person-centric support for individuals across all markets. This role is a critical driver of the individual journey across the company. You will manage our centralized peer team that supports both with engaging new individuals, as well as supporting our lowest risk individuals longitudinally via our STRIVE team. To do this, you will have outreach targets across the company, as well as enrollment and management goals for our individuals currently engaged (while also overseeing regression protocols for those requiring increased support). Working in a dyad partnership with a clinical leader, you will ensure every individual receives the right level of care based on their unique clinical and social needs. This is a supervisory role with direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, and the oversight of a multidisciplinary centralized team of Outreach Specialists and Strive Specialists – all which will be certified peers.
