Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Overview Achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas by leveraging sales strategies within an operational service function. Overview To support our growth, we are seeking candidates with an interest in utility energy efficiency programs and knowledge of energy-efficient technologies associated with commercial building systems. As an Associate Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, sharing best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting thorough analyses of program operations. This position provides administrative and invoicing support. The role supports monthly invoicing activities, including report reconciliation, documentation tracking, and data entry into invoicing systems. This is a remote role, but candidate must be based in the Pacific Standard time zone. Key Responsibilities: - Work as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed. - Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams. - Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Assist with processing incoming project applications. - Review project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures. - Coordination with program staff, billing specialists, and project leads to support monthly invoicing timelines - Support basic quality control checks to ensure invoices are complete, accurate, and submitted on time - Assist with documentation updates and process improvements related to invoicing and program administration Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Associates degree with 2+ years of work experience.
