• Serve as the expert in React framework for the project, leading the technical design and development of the portal. • Collaborate with the Dev Lead to design a robust, scalable architecture that meets business needs. • Guide the development team in best practices for portal implementation, ensuring high-quality code and performance. • Work alongside the Senior Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master to ensure seamless integration with other project components. • Optimize the performance of the portal to meet technical and business benchmarks. • Oversee testing and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with project standards and requirements. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing technical insights and progress updates. • Stay updated with the latest React features and industry trends to enhance project outcomes. • Drive innovative solutions to improve user experience and business value. • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, improving their React skills and overall competency. • Identify technical risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies. • Act as the main technical contact for frontend development, ensuring alignment with external vendors if needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Extensive experience with React, Nest.JS framework.
- Proven track record as an intermediate frontend developer in large-scale web portal projects.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Redux, and modern front-end build pipelines (e.g., Webpack).
- Proficiency with Nest.JS, including experience with TypeScript, building APIs, and working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment workflows.
- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Agile development environments, working closely with Scrum teams.

Overview We are looking to hire Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to support CCCR (Cross Claim Clinical Review) as an innovative approach to inpatient clinical reviews, currently available through our Retrospective CCV program. This initiative will extend CCCR to prepay and expand into outpatient and professional claim review as part of PPM to CV. Physician claims are submitted before hospital claims approximately 60% of the time. This enables capturing 60% of retrospective CCCR savings prepayment, accelerating revenue realization and reducing costs. The remaining 40% of savings will continue to be recovered through retrospective CCCR-CCV.
