Job Requirements

  • Berufserfahrung im Software Testing: Du bringst mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im manuellen Software‑Testing mit und hast Testfälle eigenständig erstellt und durchgeführt
  • Analytische Stärke & strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Du analysierst komplexe Sachverhalte schnell, arbeitest systematisch und lösungsorientiert

What you will do - Visit client sites to conduct water quality testing on Boiler, Cooling Tower, and Closed systems. - Write Technical Service Reports for clients which document successful application of chemical treatment programs within the DATAGUARD software application. - Achieve target water quality through adjustment of chemical dosages and optimization of water treatment equipment including programmable controllers, probes, meters, and chemical pumping systems. - Assist in account management through ensuring inventories are maintained at proper levels and that all preventive maintenance is performed on equipment to ensure reliable operation and optimum performance. - Communicate with customers to ensure that the treatment program is a strong collaborative effort where Guardian oversight assures success. - Work safely and with minimal supervision in all aspects of the role including vehicle travel to various sites. - Ensure all hazard assessments are completed when necessary and provide training for customers on safe handling and procedures related to chemicals. - Support the sales team through participation in new account set up and in training and mentoring new staff members. - Support the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Guardian through your proactive nature and positive attitude. - Comply with and support our Quality and Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures. - Continuously learn through extensive training and hands on experiences to become a heating, cooling, and HVAC water treatment specialist.
