Executive Assistant

Remote Recruitment

• Provide timely reminders and follow-ups on critical tasks and emails • Manage the director’s calendar and schedule follow-up calls and meetings • Export staff hours from internal systems and format them in Excel • Share timesheets with the company accountant on a regular basis • Distribute client documentation (e.g., training records) from cloud storage systems • Support light social media activity by posting pre-supplied content • Offer occasional assistance with LinkedIn content or engagement • Maintain an organised workflow and communicate clearly on outstanding actions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Proficient with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage reminders, follow-ups, and multiple deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Requirements: Reliable internet connection and your own laptop
