Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in digital marketing, paid media or ecommerce with a proven track record
  • 2+ years experience with AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
  • Experience using google analytics to give strategy feedback for different sales channels
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is a creative thinker with out-of-the-box growth strategies and a strong work ethic
  • Experience with a fast paced environment
  • Can multitask and oversee multiple projects, changing directions on the fly with a positive, can do attitude
  • Strong organizational skills, who helps improve operations & processes to make workflow more streamlined for their department
  • Strong copywriting skills, can communicate a brand's voice through humour, cleverness that builds brand value and drives conversions
  • Understanding of Marketing funnel & customer journey from awareness to purchasing, by POV of customer, pain points and finding growth opportunities.

JOB SUMMARY The Senior Specialist, Experience Marketing leverages the enterprise player experience & product strategies to develop, build and enhance the player experience in retail, online and in the app. This role drives digital and retail integration through omni-channel marketing experiences. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Liaises with key stakeholders both external service providers/vendors/retailers as well as a variety of internal stakeholders across the business to achieve a seamless, cohesive player experience - Provides event-marketing expertise for product launches, and activations, and winner celebrations. - Works closely with the Encore Rewards loyalty team to support a seamless, cohesive experience at casino brick & mortar locations including the oversight of the in-facility Encore Rewards marketing experience (Point of Sale (POS), Guest Service Experience). - Proactively manages projects, marketing requirements and deliverables, meeting deadlines and providing accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
