Job Requirements
- Currently pursue a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree

Job Description Summary FLIGHT DECK is GE Aerospace’s proprietary operating model, grounded in lean in continuous improvement. The Digital Technology Senior FLIGHT DECK Leader will be partnered with CIO leadership teams and responsible for delivering measurable business impact through the activation and implementation of the FLIGHT DECK Operating System within these CIO organizations. Aligned to the Digital Technology (DT) FLIGHT DECK strategy, this role will evaluate current FLIGHT DECK (FD) capabilities and collaborate with CIO Leadership Teams and Practitioners to deploy FD fundamentals across the organization. Working in partnership with the DT FD Team, this role will provide training, coaching, and facilitation skills within the CIO organizations, supporting overall culture and FD transformation strategy. This FD Leader will be responsible for leading large-scale and complex improvement efforts to drive impactful results tied to customer value and DT effectiveness. Additionally, this leader will work with other DT FD Leaders to standardize common processes within DT aligned to common industry standards, ensuring alignment with the overall DT FD strategy.
