Winners Circle Group of Texas provides Targeted Case Management and Mental Health Rehabilitation Services to adults and children within several locations across Texas. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deliver virtual therapy to children, adolescents and young adults in foster care - Maintain a full caseload - Develop an individual service plan tailored to meet the clients individual service needs - Assess, diagnose and treat children, adolescents and young adults with behavioral and emotional disturbances using the DSM-5/ICD-10 criteria - Coordinate with treatment team members and the family in the provision of services to meet the goals developed in the individual service plan. - Provide appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes and billing and submit documentation as specified by organizational policies. - Conduct clinical assessments to determine diagnostic eligibility and treatment needs within the priority population as needed (if caseload is not at capacity) - Monitor client progress, assessing intervention effectiveness for those with severe and persistent mental illness - Ensure compliance with agency policies, regulatory guidelines, and complete reporting/training accurately and timely - Participate in monthly clinical meetings - Meet with the Clinical Director to review cases, share updates, and collaboratively address any challenges or concerns. - Conduct quarterly trainings as needed for nonclinical staff - Assist with development of mental health/community resource directory for each site. Requirements, preferences and qualifications - Must maintain CANS and ANSA certifications - Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA): Must hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of Texas - Master’s Degrees in social work, counseling, psychology - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required - Experience in play therapy and knowledge of trauma informed practices - Experience working with children, adolescents and young adults At Winners Circle Group, this isn’t just a job — it’s a calling. In this vital role you will provide logistical, non-medical educational assistance to patients and caregivers as well as office and site of care staff, including physicians, nurses, office managers and executives. Strong knowledge and demonstrated history of access and reimbursement for buy and bill/infused pharmaceutical products is required. The PAL works in highly visible, strong team environment to provide exceptional customer service on all levels. The PAL will work with the patient, the physician and the Site of Care to educate on next steps required to gain access to therapy. The PAL will also work to maintain relationships with patients and families, and by extension physicians and their staff and cross-functional partners to support ongoing compliance with therapy.
