What you’ll do We’re looking for Product Managers who deeply understand their customers and want to make an impact on managing money at a global scale. Our team collaborates with many cross-functional teams at Stripe to deliver innovative solutions that address evolving user needs. Do you have the right ingredients?* (Requirements) - 8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in payments, fintech, consumer payments, wallets, or other complex platform businesses. - Track record of defining, building, and scaling products in ambiguous, cross-functional environments. - Strong understanding of digital payments, wallets, stored value, alternative payment methods, or consumer fintech ecosystems. - Ability to balance customer experience, technical complexity, risk and compliance constraints, and business economics. - Strong technical fluency and comfort partnering deeply with engineering on architecture, APIs, dependencies, and rollout planning. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to move fluidly between detail and big-picture strategy. - Experience with marketplace, network, loyalty, or two-sided platform models is a plus. Special Sauce* (Nice to Have) - Experience building wallet, stored value, prepaid, debit, or rewards-linked payment products. - Familiarity with merchant economics, cost-of-acceptance levers, or alternative payment rails such as ACH or pay by bank. - Experience in hospitality, commerce, or local marketplace products. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
