• Generate new sales across multiple markets • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close • Execute territory and account strategies to meet revenue targets • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to align solutions with customer needs • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, OEMs, and research institutions • Translate technical requirements into commercial opportunities • Manage customer expectations on timelines, specifications, and product roadmap • Travel to meet with new customers and deepen existing relationships • Track market trends, provide competitive insights, and support strategic planning
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience within photonics, optics, or semiconductor laser–based technologies
- Experienced in consultative selling and managing complex, long-term deals
- Strong new business development background
- Willingness and ability to travel around 25% (typically by air)
