• Provide day-to-day IT support, including Service Desk coverage and resolution of escalated issues • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues • Perform system upgrades, device imaging, and patch management • Support onboarding/offboarding and end-user system setup • Administer, maintain, and monitor servers, networks, and infrastructure systems • Support Active Directory, virtualization (VMware), and Windows Server environments • Perform network maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Manage hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS) • Develop, maintain, and support enterprise architecture standards and guidelines • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for adoption • Assist in long-term infrastructure planning and roadmap development • Support solution design and implementation to ensure alignment with architectural standards • Maintain architecture documentation, system diagrams, and technical standards • Ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and disaster recovery requirements • Participate in change management and governance processes • Incorporate cybersecurity best practices into infrastructure and system design • Support vulnerability management, patching, and endpoint protection • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks (ISO, NIST, ITAR, CMMC) • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on security initiatives
• Driving sales and account growth in the cryogenic sector. • Providing technical input and recommendations to customers. • Collaborating internally to bring new products to market. • Contributing to product positioning, marketing strategy, and customer feedback loops. • Representing Intelliconnect at exhibitions and industry forums (including potential overseas travel).
• Define, implement and maintain a business development strategy for the group • Identify and deliver a sales pipeline to meet the business growth targets within defence, renewable and oil & gas markets • Maintain and grow existing client relationships • Expand the client portfolio into new markets and regions • Interface and manage the sales pipeline from enquiry through to purchase order placement • Monitor and progress enquiry/sales order activities to collate data • Provide marketing support and assist with business forecasting • Business reporting on sales enquiries, market performance and opportunities, potential leads, success factor for obtaining new business and monthly KPIs to Head of Sales • Identification of immediate, medium and long term opportunities both within existing accounts and new business • Proactively network both on and offline to generate new business • Attend, manage and lead trade shows • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Generate new clients and leads • Interface with sales team and international business partners, and follow up on any potential leads • Presentation and demonstration of the company’s products and services including technical and support services to potential clients • Understand the market and any gaps between our client’s needs and our competitors’ products • Liaise with the Internal Sales team and effectively hand over any orders. Ensure that all requirements are accurately recorded and acknowledged • Achieve maximum conversion rates from quotations to orders, with adherence to the quotation follow up process • Liaise with the wider business to provide customers with accurate information and quotations appropriate to their applications • Input customer information from calls, visits, mails-shots etc, onto company databases immediately it becomes available • Generate timely feedback on quotations with regular customer visits • Qualify the technical and environmental requirements for the customer application • Assist with training and job or product awareness for other staff within the company • Maintain Group management behaviors practices and equal opportunity policy • Comply with any environmental responsibilities as identified by the Group and communicated by your line manager that are relevant within your department • Any other appropriate tasks that may be required to support the wider business
• Own sales targets and revenue goals for defined U.S. territories and accounts. • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key A&D customers. • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in emerging technologies and programs. • Partner with engineering to tailor product designs and specifications to customer needs. • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to influence product development and innovation. • Support bid and proposal efforts, including technical input and pricing recommendations. • Track competitors, pricing, and market trends to guide strategic decision-making. • Identify new solution partners, distributors, and integration opportunities. • Represent Intelliconnect at relevant exhibitions and networking events (domestic and occasional international travel).
