Proximity Works

**ROLE FOCUS** Owns the end-to-end partnership function — from identifying the right donor and CSR organizations to building and closing those relationships. Works hand-in-hand with the Comm & Outreach Lead to get the right materials produced, then takes those materials and executes the outreach and relationship-building work. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Conduct and oversee market research to identify and prioritize donor and CSR organizations - Develop and lead the outreach strategy for all institutional partnership targets - Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of donor and CSR relationships - Represent Proximity Foundation in partner conversations, meetings, and negotiations - Brief the Comm & Outreach Lead on what partnership materials are needed and when - Manage and support the Market Research and Partnership Outreach sub-roles - Report partnership pipeline progress and outcomes to the Operations Manager
