• Execute 360° marketing plans aligned with national and regional goals • Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, media, and community partners • Identify and manage local sponsorships and brand partnerships • Lead consumer sampling programs and evaluate performance for continuous improvement • Recruit, train, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors • Partner with Sales and distributor teams to drive retail visibility and in-store conversion • Create and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, product forecasting, and campaign reporting • Oversee market operations including warehouse, inventory, and vehicle logistics • Process invoices and manage expenses in coordination with Finance • Support additional marketing and sales initiatives as needed

• To support Zest's growth, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing and content strategy with the dual objectives of nurturing the active user base and driving lead acquisition. • You translate the brand and communication strategy into concrete initiatives. • You are responsible for the operational implementation of the strategic action plan: content strategy (articles, white papers...), website, email marketing, community management. • You define customer segmentation and marketing automation workflows. • You initiate and coordinate the events and press/PR strategy. • You are able to create visuals and perform copywriting.

You'll own the design process from concept to final delivery, creating high-performing email designs in Figma that drive engagement and conversions. Responsibilities - Design custom email campaigns, automated flows, and one-off sends for a variety of clients and industries - Translate client brand guidelines into compelling, on-brand email designs - Create static and animated graphics (GIFs, motion elements) optimized for email - Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to deliver cohesive campaigns - Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work - Contribute to client pitches and proposals with design concepts and mockups - Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency - QA final designs to ensure they meet client standards before handoff
