Marketing Project Manager
Zest
• To support Zest's growth, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing and content strategy with the dual objectives of nurturing the active user base and driving lead acquisition. • You translate the brand and communication strategy into concrete initiatives. • You are responsible for the operational implementation of the strategic action plan: content strategy (articles, white papers...), website, email marketing, community management. • You define customer segmentation and marketing automation workflows. • You initiate and coordinate the events and press/PR strategy. • You are able to create visuals and perform copywriting.
Job Requirements
- You have a solid background in digital marketing or a business school degree, with initial experience in marketing/communications/digital.
- You have strong writing skills.
- You are proficient with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, and with Canva or design/desktop-publishing and video tools.
- You have an agile mindset, are curious, and enjoy challenging yourself.
- You are organized, proactive, and able to propose new ideas.
- You enjoy taking on challenges as part of a team.
- You are fluent in English (our startup is international).
- You like Zest (after the first coffee), enjoy a fun atmosphere, and want to commit for the long term.
- Previous experience in a startup and/or SaaS environment is a plus.
