Domain Full-Stack Engineer
Via Logic LLC, a SBA 8(a), HUBZone and WOSB
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable applications using Java, Node.js, React, and related technologies. • Assist in the development and automation of CI/CD pipelines, integrating security and compliance checks. • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform, ensuring applications are optimized for performance and security. • Conduct security assessments and compliance checks to ensure that all solutions meet federal and industry standards. • Actively participate in Agile project teams, contributing to sprints and fostering continuous improvement in development practices. • Manage data integration and flow processes, ensuring data integrity and accurate handling of ETL processes. • Provide operational support, oversee build processes, and ensure smooth production deployment with an emphasis on automation.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and back-end technologies like Java, Spring/Springboot, Node.js, and SQL.
- Experience in AWS services and Terraform, with experience in automating deployment processes and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Strong skills in programming languages such as Java, Node.js, and Python.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, cloud security, and compliance standards like FISMA, FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile environments, using frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.
- Preferred: Experience in the government sector, particularly with DHS, and with an active public trust clearance.

• Architect and lead delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning backend services, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure • Drive the adoption and maturity of AI within engineering workflows, including agentic tooling, AI-assisted development practices, and the integration of autonomous AI agents into platform capabilities • Identify systemic technical challenges across reliability, performance, scalability, and observability, and own the path to resolution • Define and uphold engineering standards across code quality, testing practices, API design, data modeling, and deployment patterns • Make well-reasoned architectural decisions in ambiguous or rapidly evolving situations, and communicate those decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Engage across the full technology stack; this role requires both breadth and depth, with the ability to move fluidly between system-level architecture and hands-on implementation • Partner with Product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into coherent technical strategy • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers across the broader global team through design reviews, documentation, code review, and direct collaboration • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or high-impact engineering problems
