• Architect and lead delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning backend services, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure • Drive the adoption and maturity of AI within engineering workflows, including agentic tooling, AI-assisted development practices, and the integration of autonomous AI agents into platform capabilities • Identify systemic technical challenges across reliability, performance, scalability, and observability, and own the path to resolution • Define and uphold engineering standards across code quality, testing practices, API design, data modeling, and deployment patterns • Make well-reasoned architectural decisions in ambiguous or rapidly evolving situations, and communicate those decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Engage across the full technology stack; this role requires both breadth and depth, with the ability to move fluidly between system-level architecture and hands-on implementation • Partner with Product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into coherent technical strategy • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers across the broader global team through design reviews, documentation, code review, and direct collaboration • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or high-impact engineering problems

• Lead application security across all Linear and SaaS products, services, and APIs • Act as the security authority in design and architecture discussions • Define and enforce secure development standards across the SDLC • Ensure security controls are implemented consistently across all products and services • Lead the application pentesting across Operative’s products • Establish mandatory security review gates within the SDLC and participate in engineering sprints as security champion • Conduct security assessments for high-risk features, authentication flows, API’s, integrations, and architectural changes • Provide formal security approval (sign-off) prior to production release as required • Work collaboratively with DEV and QA team to provide solutions for security risk identified during SDLC lifecycle • Coordinate formal risk acceptance with Security leadership when necessary • Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, IaC scanning) • Define and maintain secure coding standards and engineering guardrails • Ensure security tooling produces actionable output and does not become noise • Continuously improve automation and coverage across code repositories and services • Lead application vulnerability management for all Linear and SaaS products • Open, track, and maintain remediation tickets with Engineering • Clearly document risk, severity, and remediation expectations • Enforce remediation timelines and escalate overdue critical issues • Validate remediation effectiveness before formal closure • Work closely with the AI department to securely introduce AI-powered features into products • Conduct security reviews of AI use cases, model integrations, and data flows • Ensure proper data classification, access controls, and data minimization when integrating AI capabilities • Assess risks related to prompt injection, data leakage, data poisoning, model abuse, excessive API exposure, and external AI integrations • Define guardrails for AI feature deployment, including logging, monitoring, and abuse detection • Require security validation before AI-driven features are released to production • Ensure proper authentication, authorization, and object-level access controls • Validate encryption, secrets management, and identity implementations • Partner with Cloud and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment patterns • Provide monthly application security posture reports • Maintain centralized vulnerability dashboard (SAST, DAST, SCA, Container, IaC) • Create monthly reports on repos integration and CI/CD integration • Provide quarterly Secure SDLC maturity assessment • Conduct monthly AppSec review with product teams

• Planning and directing all accounting operational functions • Managing the accumulation and consolidation of financial information for internal and external financial statements • Assessing accounting and internal control systems • Managing monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, the reconciliations of accounts, and G/L analysis • Financial Statement preparation and review • Participate in close, review and consolidation of the US Group including international subsidiaries • Analyze, apply and improve policies, procedures, controls and methodologies • Assist with creation of and monthly monitoring of the yearly budget and forecasts • Assist with management of finance department operations, including accounts payable and payroll • Research, prepare and execute Finance Department initiatives such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as required

• Partner with CFO and executive leadership on long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans • Lead global budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across all entities • Prepare consolidated financial reports for Board of Directors, investors, and executive team • Support M&A activities including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, deal modeling, valuation, and integration planning • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for P&L, cash flow, debt/equity structures, and M&A scenarios • Build scenario planning frameworks, sensitivity analysis, and variance analysis to guide strategic decisions • Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, bookings, churn, CAC, LTV, segmented gross margin • Conduct market/industry benchmarking and competitive analysis • Track KPIs and operational metrics across all business units and product lines • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization of reporting infrastructure • Build self-service reporting tools and dashboards for business unit leaders • Optimize financial system stack and enhance reporting capabilities • Ensure data integrity and financial controls across all planning activities • Lead, mentor, and develop a lean high-performing global FP&A team (2-3 direct reports) across multiple geographies • Foster a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering and other business units
