• The candidate ensures successful digital campaign strategy, design, development, execution, and management. • Work closely with Digital Specialists to design and construct Performance Marketing campaigns. • Manage day-to-day campaign operations and provide real-time information and status updates to the larger client team. • Collaborate with the Implementation team on call tracking, conversion pixel installation and troubleshooting. • Launch campaigns in a timely and accurate manner. • Monitor campaign performance against client goals and proactively address any issues impacting performance. • Craft success measurement narrative, ensuring campaign success data tells a story. • Recommend strategic and tactical adjustments to achieve client goals. • Deliver accurate and timely performance reports to be shared with clients. • Attend success measurement calls, collaborating with the Client Lead, Strategy team, and Pod Director as necessary to provide insights and recommendations for improved performance. • Identify both business and platform trends, recommending adjustments to both campaigns and strategies to ensure client success.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience including SEM, Programmatic Display, YouTube, and social media marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Google Ads experience in SEM, Mobile, Video and Programmatic Display
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor and Facebook Power Editor
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and remotely once given direction
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
