You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve supply chain efficiency. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive effective procurement strategies. Duties & Responsibilities - Data Analysis: Analyze historical procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use data to make informed procurement decisions. - Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors. Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular vendor evaluations. - Cost Optimization: Maintaining budgets within our procurement tool while analyzing spend opportunities and ensuring adherence to established financial targets. Identify opportunities for bulk purchasing, contract compliance, and process efficiency. - Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimal wastage. Implement best practices for inventory control and reorder points. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements. - Procurement Technology: Utilize procurement software and tools to streamline the procurement process, improve transparency, and enhance reporting capabilities. - Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and performance metrics to management. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and dental practice managers, to understand their procurement needs and challenges. Education, Experience & Skills/Abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field within a healthcare or dental setting. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including excel and power bi. - Proficiency in procurement software and tools. - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Familiarity with dental and healthcare procurement requirements is a plus Working Environment & Physical Requirements This would be a remote position with less than 3% travel. Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts. • Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. • Develop business partner relationship with suppliers. • Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and other related agreements. • Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work. • Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective subcontractors, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to make a fair and reasonable price determination. • Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary. • Prepare subcontract documentation in accordance with established company, customer and government FAR and DFAR regulations

• Provide sourcing support for Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Responsible for delivering market, supplier, and operational intelligence of services operations • Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management • Develop and implement standardized and efficient sourcing processes for the account • Develop sourcing plan and strategy for the account focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability, and supplier performance • Closely participate with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client • Lead and manage all sourcing-related functions: performing due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementation • Regularly provide detailed status updates and communication to Supply Chain and business stakeholders • Provide management, instruction and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting, supplier onboarding and operational processes • Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers • Support Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Ensure compliance with JLL and client sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Help maintain data integrity in all systems and ensure required documentation is received and required process steps are completed • Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management • Support and assist development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirements • Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings

• Supporting Specialty Vendors while interfacing with multiple departments and business owners to provide Top 2 Box customer satisfaction • Using proven leadership skills to leverage a diverse team to provide resources supporting call center vendors central to the operations of CVS Health • Partnering with contracted 3rd party vendor operations to identify effective service and operational level agreements • Establishing critical key performance indicators jointly with the vendor(s), operational business owners, and resource planning • Establishing operations and reporting protocols to drive improved patient experience and NPS performance • Enhancing & improving vendor processes, including recommending innovative solutions that will positively impact patients • Leading or engaging in projects to ensure that 3rd party vendors are considered within the discovery or planning phases
