• Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts. • Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. • Develop business partner relationship with suppliers. • Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and other related agreements. • Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work. • Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective subcontractors, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to make a fair and reasonable price determination. • Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary. • Prepare subcontract documentation in accordance with established company, customer and government FAR and DFAR regulations

• Provide sourcing support for Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Responsible for delivering market, supplier, and operational intelligence of services operations • Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management • Develop and implement standardized and efficient sourcing processes for the account • Develop sourcing plan and strategy for the account focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability, and supplier performance • Closely participate with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client • Lead and manage all sourcing-related functions: performing due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementation • Regularly provide detailed status updates and communication to Supply Chain and business stakeholders • Provide management, instruction and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting, supplier onboarding and operational processes • Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers • Support Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Ensure compliance with JLL and client sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Help maintain data integrity in all systems and ensure required documentation is received and required process steps are completed • Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management • Support and assist development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirements • Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings

• Supporting Specialty Vendors while interfacing with multiple departments and business owners to provide Top 2 Box customer satisfaction • Using proven leadership skills to leverage a diverse team to provide resources supporting call center vendors central to the operations of CVS Health • Partnering with contracted 3rd party vendor operations to identify effective service and operational level agreements • Establishing critical key performance indicators jointly with the vendor(s), operational business owners, and resource planning • Establishing operations and reporting protocols to drive improved patient experience and NPS performance • Enhancing & improving vendor processes, including recommending innovative solutions that will positively impact patients • Leading or engaging in projects to ensure that 3rd party vendors are considered within the discovery or planning phases

This role is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and comfortable living and common areas for camp residents. Housekeepers play an important role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and professional camp environment.
