• Analyze and synthesize data across multiple systems to identify where leads drop off and what drives conversion • Own the identification and prioritization of high-impact growth opportunities based on data-driven insights • Define, scope, and deliver product improvements in partnership with data engineering teams • Define and manage the data layer as the single source of truth for core business metrics, enabling consistent, reliable, and self serve analysis • Establish clear definitions and alignment on key metrics across sales and operations • Improve data quality and instrumentation to ensure accurate and reliable decision-making • Translate complex, multi-source data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations • Partner cross-functionally to ensure insights lead to measurable business outcomes
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in product management, analytics, or sales operations
- Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to independently extract, join, and analyze data across multiple sources
- Experience with BI and data platforms such as Looker and Databricks
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tooling such as HubSpot
- Proven ability to synthesize complex, multi-source data into clear insights and prioritized action plans
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to define, scope, and ship product features
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Summary The Data and AI Practice Lead is responsible for leading, scaling, and maturing SHI’s Microsoft Data and AI services practice. This role owns technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across data engineering, analytics, and applied AI solutions. The Practice Lead partners closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure the practice delivers high impact, secure, and scalable outcomes for enterprise clients using Microsoft technologies. This role manages and mentors Solutions Engineers across data engineering and data visualization while shaping the practice roadmap across Microsoft Fabric, data governance, and intelligent agent development using Copilot Studio and GitHub based pro code frameworks. Role Description - Lead the day to day operations of the Data and AI services practice, ensuring consistent, high quality delivery across all engagements. - Define and evolve the technical and delivery standards for Microsoft Data and AI services, including Fabric based Azure Lakehouse architectures, analytics, and applied AI solutions. - Manage, mentor, and develop Solutions Engineers across data engineering and data visualization, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. - Own practice capability development across Microsoft Fabric, data governance, analytics, and agent based solutions built with Copilot Studio and GitHub. - Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings, support presales motions, and ensure delivery readiness for complex Data and AI engagements. - Ensure solutions are designed and delivered with strong security, governance, and compliance controls aligned to client and regulatory requirements. - Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive practice health. - Lead the creation and maintenance of reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators across the Data and AI practice. - Act as a technical escalation point for complex client challenges related to data platforms, analytics, and applied AI solutions. - Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Data and AI strategy and execution. - Stay current on Microsoft Data and AI platform evolution and translate platform capabilities into practical, deliverable services. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
