Job Description
Partner Enablement Lead
ElevenLabs
• We're hiring our first Partner Enablement Manager to build the foundation of how ElevenLabs enables, trains, and scales its global partner ecosystem. • Define the strategy, build the infrastructure, and execute hands-on as we scale. • Architect the learning engine that powers our partner motion — defining the systems, standards, and infrastructure that enable partners to perform at scale. • Translate our rapid product velocity into clear, high-impact enablement that ensures partners can sell and deliver ElevenLabs as effectively as our internal teams. • Work in close partnership with Partner Revenue Leads and Partner Success Manager. • Support a global network of resellers, systems integrators, and technology partners. • Build content, deliver training, design e-learning, and flex across audiences as the business requires. • Help define how Partner Enablement evolves as the ecosystem scales, document best practices, establish operating rhythms, and influence future team structure and hiring.
Job Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in partner enablement, solutions engineering, implementation, customer enablement, sales enablement, partner programs, or GTM enablement in a SaaS or platform company
- At least 2 years enabling channel, services, or technology partners
- Hands-on comfort with APIs, webhooks, developer tooling, and modern AI/ML platforms — you can read API docs, run a Postman collection, and credibly lead a technical workshop
- Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch in fast-moving environments
- Full-stack enablement skills: live facilitation, content creation, e-learning development, and presentation design
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and partner-led growth
- Experience designing both live and self-serve training, including certification programs
- Confident facilitator and presenter for global, external audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Revenue, Partner, Product, and Marketing teams
- Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking enablement effectiveness
- Comfortable operating across global time zones and cultures
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

You will run outbound and inbound supplier conversations, lead discovery, position value, handle objections, and drive suppliers through onboarding and activation. You’re expected to diagnose what’s blocking a supplier, adjust your approach, and push the process forward—without waiting for someone to tell you the next step. Success is measured by supplier conversion and activation (virtual card, ACH, and merchant services), time-to-live, consistent pipeline movement, and clean, accurate CRM documentation.
