Job Requirements

  • US citizen with Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance upon hire
  • Proven track record in executing strategic data management and integration programs
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within government or defense sectors
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data migration
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with large-scale data migration projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate plans and strategies to executive-level positions
  • Familiarity with DoD logistics systems is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field
  • Agile certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment (desired)

Planning to include adherence to applicable BSMH policies (e.g., Business Continuity Management, Emergency Management, Cybersecurity, Privacy). - Assures records required for recovery are properly maintained in a Vital Records Program. - Continually builds knowledge and proficiency in Emergency Management & Business Continuity concepts and lifecycle & manage relationships with EM/BC/DR vendors. - Organizes needed functions and systems to provide business recovery planning methodologies to all levels of the company. This position will also be expected to coordinate reviews, analyze data, write new plans, and update existing business continuity, emergency management and disaster recovery plans. - Acts as the liaison between the Business and Information Technology teams, Protective Service teams and Emergency Management teams in outlining the objectives, identifying equipment requirements, essential personnel, ensuring the successful implementation, coordinating user recovery tests, and documenting test results. The manager will be expected to refine and lead the offsite IT and Business Recovery efforts associated with the successful recovery of the Company’s Primary or Alternate Data Centers. - Administers internal and external reviews of the company's production environments and services to ensure adherence to established Business Continuity Management and Emergency Management Program policies and standards. In addition, the candidate will work with external auditors, Internal Audit and Compliance groups to ensure BSHSI’s - Business Continuity Program and Emergency Management Program meets all audit requirements and regulations. - Manages their group’s budget, presentations to executive level management, and manages assigned personnel resources and consultants. The EM/BC Manager will also have major responsibilities in any actual disaster recovery effort including, but not limited to tracking and reporting progress on the recovery effort. - Demonstrates leadership qualities and be able to build consensus for their ideas with Executive Management and the Crisis Management Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Insurance and Risk Management, this highly specialized position plays a critical role in placing and optimizing insurance programs to ensure the right coverage at the right cost. You’ll work cross functionally and across geographies, partnering with stakeholders at all levels to support insurance placement, facilitate claims resolution, enhance transparency around premiums and coverage, and strengthen MiniMed’s overall risk management capabilities.
