Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. • Proven experience as a QA/Test Analyst in large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within banking or financial services. • Demonstrated experience in executing tests for cloud-native applications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Hands-on experience integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). • Strong SQL skills and experience with data validation. • Exposure to advanced analytics tools to drive insights from test results and optimize testing strategies • Managed complex test data, including synthetic data generation and masking, to support robust testing scenarios. • Exposure to regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. LCR, NSFR). • Experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM). • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Proficient in the use of test tools (such as Quality Centre) and test processes (e.g. defect management) • Be able to formulate test strategies and confident in running a successful test phase • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. • ISEB/ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

Qualifications Education/Training Bachelor's degree in a life science, healthcare administration, computer science, information systems, informatics, or a related study. Associate’s degree and two (2) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree. High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of directly related work experience may also substitute for the Bachelor’s degree. Licensure/Certification • Epic certification in the primary build application is required within six (6) months of appointment and must be maintained. Experience • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an information technology field is required. • Experience with Epic or other electronic health record software products is preferred.
