• Drive Market Growth by developing and executing regional growth strategies for Medeco’s mechanical and electronic security solutions. • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform territory planning, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market execution. • Partner with key customers, distributors, integrators, and sales agents to uncover opportunities and deliver long‑term value. • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and aligning Medeco solutions to their business objectives. • Support the ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions (DSS) team in sales, technical support and customer engagement. • Collaborate with ASSA ABLOY sales resources, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service. • Represent Medeco at key industry and company events to strengthen relationships and brand visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years in sales, business development, or related roles).
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in complex or solution‑based environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Comfort working across teams and influencing outcomes in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in security hardware, electronic access control, construction, or adjacent industries.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution‑selling models.
  • Lives or desires to live in Southern California, Phoenix AZ, or Las Vegas NV
