JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Analyst Remote (Eastern/Central time) We are unfortunately unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. The Operations Analytics Analyst will support the analysis, reporting, and monitoring of operational performance across the Take 5 Oil Change network, primary focus on increasing sales/profits and volume across the Take 5 Oil Change network. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Analytics, this role will work closely with Operations leaders and cross-functional partners to transform transactional and operational data into actionable insights. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for an analyst who enjoys digging into data, building analyses and contributing to operational decisions that have a direct impact on field performance. Responsibilities: - Partner with Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights - Lead complex analyses to identify operational opportunities, quantify impact, and guide strategic decision-making - Execute standardized reporting package to pin-point, monitor and optimize shop operations - Develop and present clear, compelling analytical narratives to operations leadership that drive alignment and action - Collaborate with Regional and District Managers to prioritize initiatives aligned to data-driven conclusions that improve cars per day - Provide real-time analytical support through dashboards, data visualizations, and ad-hoc reporting - Support ongoing KPI reporting and operational performance tracking - Identify business trends and key drivers impacting operational performance - Support the development, execution, and measurement of system-wide operational changes Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - 1-2 years of internship and/or professional experience in business/operations analytics or commensurate experience - Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and data analysis using large datasets - Working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases - Exposure to operations-focused environments preferred - Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Applicants for our positions are considered without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, religion, military or veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law. #LI-AS1 #DBCORP #REMOTE Position Location: North Carolina Compensation Range: $61,700.00 - $110,300.00 Compensation Frequency: Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Description Position Summary The Managed Services Analyst (Junior Associate) supports daily operational activities within the Managed Services team, focusing on completing predefined tasks, monitoring service health, executing SOPs, and supporting platform administration—particularly ServiceNow but not limited to. Key Responsibilities Service Operations & Support - Perform predefined Level 1–1.5 tasks within Managed Services workflows. - Software Licensing and compliance tracking - Monitor system dashboards, alerts, and health checks; escalate when necessary. - Execute scheduled tasks such as backups, patch checks, service restarts, and user provisioning. - Document all work performed within the ITSM platform clearly and accurately. - Respond and/or assist with incidents and service requests within SLA targets. ServiceNow Platform Responsibilities Training & Required Foundation - Complete ServiceNow Admin Training as an initial priority.
