Job Description
Launch Strategy Intern
Veeam Software
• Assist in the development and tracking of product launch plans, deliverables, and milestones • Help coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure launch readiness • Support process improvement initiatives by researching and recommending new tools, methodologies, and best practices • Contribute to launch metrics reporting and benchmarking to assess performance and impact • Participate in meetings with stakeholders from Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support • Prepare communications and status updates for various internal audiences • Help document and maintain launch processes, templates, and lessons learned
Job Requirements
- Rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Interest in Go-To-Market (GTM) marketing, program and project management, or marketing strategy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
