Our Billing Specialists perform a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on invoicing Concentrix Catalyst customers in an accurate and timely manner. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: - Timesheet verification (all time approved) on a weekly and semi-monthly basis. - Work with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies with billing terms. - Perform reconciliations of data from two or more systems to ensure everything is in agreement and ready for invoicing. - Follow each customer’s specific billing requirements and invoice within those terms. - Distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner. - Maintain tracking spreadsheets, documentation, and filing systems. - Prioritize multiple competing deadlines, applying a sense of urgency to daily work. - Answer customer inquiries regarding billing or timekeeping. - Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Job Description Summary The Lead Outage Services Execution Specialist – Refuel Floor will support GE Hitachi’s (GEH) specialized, cross-functional team to deliver maximum impact across multiple projects at our customers nuclear power plant outages. This individual is a subject matter expert in their discipline of BWR Reactor Maintenance Services. Candidates for this position will be cross functional experts in multiple disciplines including BWR In Vessel Maintenance and Fuel Movement. In addition to refueling outage support, the Lead Outage Services Execution Specialist will be responsible for supporting off-season work, including but not limited to spent fuel pool cleanup projects, dry cask storage projects, and instructing GEH Technical Training Courses located in Wilmington, NC and San Jose, CA. This unique position will continue to drive GEH’s excellence in outage execution but is also intended to offer candidates a position that prepares those individuals for roles of increasing responsibility within GEH.
